Vietnam Prosperity Cryptocurrency Exchange Joint Stock Company (CAEX) is expanding its recruitment for several senior positions in technology, marketing, and exchange operations. This move comes as the company prepares to participate in the pilot cryptocurrency market in Vietnam.

CAEX is seeking personnel for several key positions, including Senior Support Software Development Engineer, Senior Growth and Marketing Director, and Senior Exchange Operations Specialist, in preparation for its official launch.
Notably, the Senior Support Software Development Engineer position requires candidates to have a minimum of 5 years of experience developing software for large-scale, operational products, with mastery of critical services or modules. Personnel in this role will directly design and implement small service systems, optimize performance, and troubleshoot critical issues in real-world operating environments.
CAEX has solved its 10,000 billion VND capital problem with the support of OKX and HashKey.
Additionally, CAEX is recruiting a Senior Growth and Marketing Director with 8 to 10 years of experience in marketing or growth, including at least 2 years in a mid- or senior leadership position in fintech, banking, internet, or digital assets. This position will be responsible for developing individual client growth strategies, building influencer networks, referral partners, communities, and programs to drive user engagement from registration to trading.
In the Operations division, CAEX is recruiting a Senior Specialist responsible for monitoring exchange operations 24/7, receiving and coordinating Level 2 incidents, coordinating the reconciliation of crypto and fiat asset flows, and controlling system configuration changes using a performer-checking mechanism. Applicants are required to have at least 3 years of experience in exchange operations, fintech, payment systems, or financial services.
The operations and growth team is a priority.
