Is it currently possible to register and trade on CAEX?
Trading is not yet open. it is not currently possible for the general public to register and trade on CAEX (Vietnam Prosperity Crypto Asset Exchange).CAEX is still in the process of applying for a license to provide cryptocurrency trading services from the Vietnamese Ministry of Finance under Resolution 05/2025/NQ-CP. The exchange is not yet officially open for trading. Those interested can register to receive updates on the website.
Current Status of CAEX
Development Phase: CAEX has been shortlisted by Vietnam’s Ministry of Finance for a government-backed pilot licensing program and has secured major backing and tech partnerships (including OKX and HashKey Capital). 【Vietnam Crypto Exchange】
Public Availability: The exchange is still in the setup, infrastructure-building, and regulatory preparation phase. It is not yet open for retail user registration or public live cryptocurrency trading.
