Who is the founder of the Vietnamese exchange CAEX?
The Vietnam Prosperity Crypto Asset Exchange (CAEX) was established as an institutional initiative backed by founding corporate shareholders—primarily digital technology firm LynkiD and VPBank Securities (VPBankS)—rather than an individual founder. Nguyen Hong Trung serves as the chairman and CEO of CAEX.

Mr. Nguyen Hong Trung has served as Chairman of the Board and CEO of CAEX since its establishment in September 2025. Mr. Trung is responsible for the strategic direction of the exchange’s development and the implementation of the licensing process. Under his leadership, CAEX has completed the legally required fundraising process and signed cooperation agreements with international partners.

HashKey Capital (HashKey Fintech Investment Fund III) : An investment fund focused on digital assets and fintech, established by HashKey Holdings Limited, a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
