TCEX Exchange Crypto Asset Transfer Process from International Accounts to Domestic Accounts
With the gradual implementation and compliance advancement of Vietnam’s crypto asset pilot framework (such as Resolution 05/2025/NQ-CP), the secure and compliant transfer of crypto assets deployed on international platforms (such as Binance and OKX) to domestic licensed exchanges like TCEX (Techcom Crypto Exchange) has become a core need for many investors.
As a domestically compliant platform built on the robust financial infrastructure of Techcom Securities (TCBS) and Techcombank, TCEX provides users with a convenient and highly secure channel for asset repatriation.

The following is the standard process and precautions for transferring crypto assets from international accounts to TCEX domestic accounts.
I. Deposit and Compliance Preparation (Pre-transfer Requirement)
Before initiating any on-chain deposit/transfer operation, please ensure you complete the following infrastructure and identity verification preparations:
Complete TCEX Account Advanced Real-Name Authentication (KYC & AML)
According to Vietnamese regulations, TCEX implements a strict real-name system. Please ensure your TCEX account has completed KYC Level 2 (ID/passport verification and facial recognition) to unlock full deposit and trading permissions.
Confirm Asset Type and On-Chain Network Support
TCEX currently supports major mainstream tokens (such as BTC, ETH, USDT, etc.) and some compliant RWA (Real-World Asset) tokens. Before initiating a transfer, please be sure to confirm the public blockchain networks supported by TCEX (such as TRC-20, ERC-20, BEP-20, etc.).
II. Step-by-Step Guide: Depositing from an International Account to a TCEX Domestic Account
Step 1: Obtain the TCEX Exclusive Deposit Address and Tag
Log in to the TCEX App or the TCEX official website.
Go to 【Assets/Wallet】➔ Select 【Deposit/Asset Transfer】.
Search and select the token you wish to transfer (e.g., USDT).
Mainnet Selection (Crucial Step): Select the same mainnet as your issuer (international exchange) (e.g., TRC-20).
The system will generate your exclusive TCEX deposit address (for some tokens, such as XRP and EOS, a Memo/Tag will also be generated; please copy this and fill it in completely when transferring).
Step Two: Initiate a Withdrawal on the International Exchange
Log in to your international exchange account (e.g., Binance, OKX, Bybit, etc.).
Go to [Funds Account] ➔ Click [Withdraw].
Paste the wallet address (and Memo/Tag) copied from TCEX.
Verify the Network: Ensure the withdrawal network is completely consistent with the network selected by TCEX (selecting the wrong network may result in permanent loss of assets).
Enter the withdrawal amount, complete security verification (SMS/Google CAPTCHA/email verification code), and submit the application.
Step 3: On-Chain Confirmation and TCEX Fund Arrival
After submitting the application, the withdrawal request will be submitted to the blockchain network for node confirmation.
You can check the progress in real time on the corresponding block explorer using the TxID (transaction hash value) provided by the international exchange.
Once the blockchain network reaches the required number of confirmations, the TCEX system will automatically credit your funds and send an app push notification and email alert.
III. Core Security and Risk Control Considerations
Network Matching Principle: Never mistakenly deposit ERC-20 format tokens into a TRC-20 address; when depositing tokens with Memo/Tag tags, omitting the tag will prevent the assets from being automatically credited.
Small-Amount Test Transfer Strategy: If this is your first large cross-border/cross-platform asset transfer, it is strongly recommended to send a small test transfer first to confirm the funds have arrived correctly before transferring the remaining assets.
Source Compliance (Travel Rule): As a compliant pilot platform in Vietnam, Vietnam crypto exchange TCEX complies with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) Travel Rule standards. For funds originating from certain unregulated or high-risk international platforms, TCEX may trigger secondary risk control verification. Please retain withdrawal records and proof of fund origin from these international platforms for future reference.
In conclusion, by migrating overseas crypto assets back to your TCEX local account, investors can not only enjoy a more convenient deposit and withdrawal experience aligned with the Vietnamese banking system, but also protect their legal property rights within a fully compliant regulatory framework. If you encounter any delays or anomalies during the transfer process, please contact the TCEX official customer service team promptly and provide the transaction hash (TxID) for manual tracking.
