VIXEX (VIX Digital Asset Exchange) is a crypto asset exchange established in August 2025 through a joint investment by listed Vietnamese brokerage VIX Securities (VIX), FTG Vietnam, and 3C Company.
Under Vietnamese regulatory requirements, Vietnam crypto exchange VIXEX has a preparatory period of roughly one year (expected to last until around 2027) to upgrade its technical infrastructure, legal documentation, and governance standards in pursuit of a formal operating license.
To fully propel the development of the exchange and its technology, VIX Securities approved a capital increase plan in early 2026, injecting an additional 1 trillion VND (approximately tens of millions of USD) into VIXEX.
