CAEX partners with HashKey to develop a trading platform
2026 CAEX and HashKey Digital Asset Group signed a strategic technology cooperation agreement within the framework of the Hong Kong Web3 Festival 2026.
HashKey becomes a technology partner of CAEX.
According to information released by CAEX, HashKey is participating in supporting the development of a trading platform for the Vietnamese market .
The scope of collaboration includes platform architecture, security, compliance systems, and technology localization processes.
CAEX stated that HashKey has granted CAEX the right to use its institutional-grade exchange technology in Vietnam.
From investors to technology partners
The relationship between HashKey and CAEX has two different layers.
HashKey Capital previously invested in CAEX alongside OKX Ventures.
Meanwhile, the agreement dated April 22nd directly relates to HashKey Digital Asset Group and its technology infrastructure .
Distinguishing between these two relationships helps avoid the misconception that HashKey’s entire role at CAEX is simply to contribute capital.
The platform must still meet licensing requirements in Vietnam.
International technology does not replace domestic legal requirements.
