Conviction 2026 – Blockchain and AI Technology Forum
In just a few days, Conviction 2026 – Vietnam Digital Asset Economy Forum, the leading event in Vietnam on digital assets and artificial intelligence (AI) technology – will be held on August 14-15 at the Thiskyhall Sala Convention Center (Ho Chi Minh City) .
This is a key forum bringing together many financial institutions, investment funds, projects, and startups, as well as many policy-making bodies on digital assets, blockchain, and AI – areas that are part of Vietnam’s technology development strategy and have received numerous incentives and favorable conditions in recent times.
The conference was organized under the direction of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee, by the Ho Chi Minh City Electronic Communications Association (EIC) and the Ho Chi Minh City Blockchain Association (HBA), with advisory participation from the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), and hosted by Ninety Eight.
According to the latest announcement from the organizers, preparations for Conviction 2026 are now almost complete, with many impressive figures such as:
• Over 210 domestic and international partners attended the event.
• Over 80 speakers, including experts and industry leaders in AI, digital assets, and legal policy.
• Over 30 topics on artificial intelligence and digital asset adoption were discussed over the two days of the conference.
• Over 7,000 people have already registered early, and that number continues to grow.

Conference schedule
Conviction 2026 will take place over two days, August 14th and 15th, with each day focusing on a central theme, delving into the technologies and infrastructure shaping the future of Vietnam’s digital economy.
Day 1 (August 14th) – Blockchain and Digital Assets
On the first day, Conviction 2026 will dedicate its entire time to discussing blockchain and digital assets, a technology sector that is receiving significant attention from both domestic and international financial institutions, as well as the public, due to the legalization efforts that Vietnam has undertaken over the past year.
At the conference, attendees will hear from industry leaders and regulators about the development of the digital asset sector in the country, global blockchain trends, and upcoming changes as crypto gains wider recognition and legal frameworks.
