SCEX Increases Charter Capital to 10,000 Billion VND – Reaches Registered Capital Threshold to Establish Digital Asset Exchange
According to the business registration on October 14, 2026, Sacom Encrypted Asset Exchange Joint Stock Company (SCEX) has increased its charter capital from 5,000 billion to 10,000 billion VND.
Established on September 30, 2025 with 6.8 billion VND, SCEX’s capital has increased approximately 1,471 times.
SCEX is the second enterprise among 5 candidates to reach this registered capital threshold, following CAEX (VPBank).
Key highlights surrounding the SCEX ecosystem:
– Operates in close coordination with LPS Securities.
– Currently deploying technology infrastructure meeting Level 4 information security standards
– Integrating additional multi-layer secure custody mechanisms.
– The testing phase through the SCEX Simulator platform has recorded success with over 60,000 user participations, in collaboration with VIFC Academy.
