TCEX Bank Account Verification Guide
TCEX is a crypto digital asset trading platform established in Vietnam. TCEX has passed the first-phase review by the Ministry of Finance (Bộ Tài chính) and the State Securities Commission (UBCK) of Vietnam, and has been included in the initial list of compliance applicants. It is currently enhancing its capital, facilities, and information system security standards in accordance with regulatory requirements, in order to apply for an official pilot operating license.
Vietnam crypto exchange TCEX verifies that the bank account belongs to the account holder.
TCEX Real-Name Bank Account Verification Guide
To ensure compliance with the relevant provisions of the Anti-Money Laundering Law, you are required to complete real-name bank account verification in order to activate the withdrawal/transfer function from TCEX to your receiving bank account.
1. Verifying a Techcombank Account
Access the TCEX application:
· When opening an account: On the home page, select “View pending information details,” then select “Account Verification.”
· When updating information: In the menu bar, select “Personal Information,” then select “View pending verification requests.”
Step 1: Operate on the TCEX platform
Tap “Verify” (XÁC THỰC TÀI KHOẢN NGÂN HÀNG).
Step 2: Operate on the Techcombank Mobile (bank app)
Tap “Confirm” (Xác nhận) to complete real-name bank account verification.
2. Verifying Accounts from Other Banks
You are required to mail/submit any one of the following types of supporting documents to TCEX headquarters:
· Bank account opening documents/records
· Payment account information confirmation letter issued by the bank
· Bank information change confirmation (including the Citizen Identity Card/ID number and receiving bank account information)
· Other supporting documents stamped and confirmed by the account-opening bank that show the Citizen Identity Card/ID number and receiving bank account information
Note: Paper documents must bear the red seal (official stamp) of the account-opening bank. You may also change your information to another bank account opened at Techcombank (Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank) for online verification.

Note: For bank accounts other than Techcombank, after mailing the paper real-name bank account verification documents to TCEX headquarters, the verification review process is expected to take 7 to 15 business days.
