Responsibilities: Build issuance pipelines (focusing on corporate bonds and tokenized products); advise on issuance structures and fundraising models; develop the Launchpad platform and define listing standards; coordinate with legal teams to submit sandbox applications to the Vietnam International Financial Center (VIFC) and liaise with regulatory authorities.
