Changing Payee Bank Account Information in TCEX
If you are a Vietnamese individual investor who has completed real-name authentication and activated your account, you can directly modify it through TCBS’s TCInvest platform (App or Web version):
· Step 1: Change your primary bank account information on TCInvest.
· Step 2: Confirm that the new information has been synchronized to your TCEX account and verify that your bank account is held by the primary account holder.
· Step 3: After verification, the system will update the result in the bell-shaped notification bar of TCEX so you can actively monitor the process.
Detailed Operation Guide
1. Log in to the TCEX platform: Enter your account and password to log in.
2. Go to Assets or Settings page: Click on Personal Center to go to Account Settings or Wallet/Withdrawal Management.
3. Manage Payment Methods: Find “Payment Account Management” or “Bank Account Information”.
4. Submit New Bank Information: Select to modify or bind a new card, and accurately enter the bank name, bank account number, and account holder name.
5. Security Verification: Enter the SMS verification code, Google Authenticator (2FA), or upload relevant supporting documents as required by the system to complete the security confirmation.
