What is the registered capital of VIXEX exchange?
VIXEX (VIX Digital Asset Exchange JSC) was established in Vietnam on August 27, 2025, with an initial registered charter capital of VND 1 trillion (1,000 billion VND). The exchange was joint-founded and backed by institutional investors, including VIX Securities JSC.
Vietnam crypto exchange VIXEX’s registered capital details are as follows:
Initial Charter Capital:
VND 1 trillion (1,000 billion VND, approx. USD 38.2 million), incorporated on August 26, 2025.
Capital Increase Plan:
In accordance with the minimum capital requirement (set at VND 10 trillion) under the Vietnamese government’s pilot framework for digital asset exchanges, VIXEX plans a tenfold capital expansion to VND 10 trillion.

· FTG Vietnam JSC: 64.5%
· 3C Communications – Computer – Control JSC: 20.5%
· VIX Securities JSC: 15.0%
