SCEX Awards Trading Competition Prizes to Vietnamese Investors
Following the simulated trading competition with total prizes exceeding 1.6 billion VND, several Vietnamese investors shared that they had received the money via bank accounts and were looking forward to the next program from SCEX.
Launched on June 30, 2026, the “Digital Asset Popularization 2026” program, themed “Cryptocurrency Arena,” is organized by the Vietnam International Finance Center in Ho Chi Minh City and VBI Academy. Sacom Cryptocurrency Exchange Joint Stock Company (SCEX) is a strategic technology partner, providing a platform for participants to practice trading.
The simulated trading competition will begin at 00:00 on July 6, 2026, and end at 23:59 on August 2, 2026, according to announcements on SCEX’s official channels. The competition is divided into weekly stages to record results and rank participants.
Each account is allocated one billion VND in simulated capital to practice spot trading with 10 asset pairs on the SCEX Trading Simulator. This activity helps participants familiarize themselves with buying, selling, and portfolio management without using real money. Practice points are calculated based on trading performance and volume, with weightings of 75% and 25% respectively.
The program announced a total prize value of over 1.6 billion VND, including cash and vouchers. The first prize is worth 200 million VND, the second prize 150 million VND, and the third prize 100 million VND. Those ranked from 4th to 10th receive 15 million VND each, while those ranked from 11th to 100th receive 5 million VND each.
In addition, the program offers weekly prizes at three levels: 5 million, 3 million, and 1 million VND. The ambassador category, awarded to those who refer new members, has a total value of 300 million VND, along with vouchers for those who accumulate enough points as per the regulations.
After the competition concluded, some participants shared information about receiving their prizes on social media. The Solo Top account stated that the prize money from SCEX had been transferred to their bank account, and also expressed gratitude and a desire to participate again if there are new events.
